This summer, social and paid media together helped Costa del Sol pass 1M (local currency) in monthly revenue for the first time, three months running.

The challenge
Keep a national hotel chain top of mind across four platforms and very different audiences: leisure travelers planning their next trip, locals looking for dining plans, and the corporate clients and partners who follow the brand on LinkedIn, all while competing with larger hotel groups and OTAs for attention.
The strategy
We built an always-on content engine with a clear role for each platform. Facebook and Instagram carry seasonal campaigns, promotions like Cyber Costa del Sol and high-energy giveaways. TikTok leads with destination-first short video. LinkedIn tells the corporate story (openings, leadership and milestones like the brand's 30th anniversary), now supported by its own newsletter, Check-In de Experiencias.
